We have it all. New Construction -a beautiful 2 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse in a great location in historic Savannah. It is fully furnished and even has an off street parking space. The lower level has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living room. Plus there is a 1/2 bath and a laundry room with washer and dryer. Upstairs are two bedrooms. Each has a queen bed and an attached bath. There is one assigned parking space. We are located in a walk-able safe neighborhood down town. The home is new construction.
You will be provided with a Starter Supply of:
- Paper Towels (1 roll)
- Toilet paper (2 per bath)
- Bath towels (interior use only)
- Bed linens (interior use only)
- Dish/hand soap
- Dish detergent
- Trash Bags (3)
~Our goal is to make your Tybee Island vacation rental as comfortable as possible!~
- We will supply all linens and towels for use in the unit. You must bring beach towels for outside use.
- Two (2) assigned parking spaces. (Note: parking passes may be required during peak times.)
- Two (2) keys will be supplied at the start of your stay. You will be charged a $50 re-key fee if either keys are not returned upon departure.
